A Dropbox link, a Drive folder, or the gallery your photographer delivered. Whatever you shot for the listing is almost always enough — you do not need to go back to the property, and nobody needs to meet a photographer there again.
Tell us the address, pick a tour type, and that is your part finished.
Your photographs are the raw material. We read the light, the sightlines and the way the rooms connect, then use AI to rebuild everything the camera did not capture — the turn out of the entry, the ceiling opening up overhead, the moment the kitchen comes into view.
What comes back is not a slideshow of stills with motion pasted on. It recreates the magic of actually being there: moving through the property at a human pace, seeing it the way a buyer would on their first visit.
A finished tour ready for the MLS, your website and your socials, plus a poster still for the flyer. Three business days from the moment we have your photos — weekends do not count toward that.

What we need from you
Each tier has a photo limit because the count is what drives the work. Send more than the limit and we will tell you which ones we would keep.
The empty rooms you want furnished. One angle per room works best.
One strong photo per space. Each becomes its own short clip.
Sequenced into a single continuous take, so shoot the main path.
Must include hallways and the stairway — they are how the tour connects floors and rooms without cutting.

Every order includes one free revision. No awkwardness, no talking you out of it. Tell us what is wrong and we will get it right.
Questions
Yes, and every tour we deliver says so on screen. The rooms, finishes, fixtures and layout all come from your photographs. What gets generated is the movement between them — the walk from the entry into the living room, the turn toward the kitchen.
We are direct about this because in real estate, the moment a buyer feels misled is the moment the deal gets harder.
No. We rebuild movement between your photos, not square footage or fixtures. If the counters are laminate, they stay laminate.
Reimaging is the one exception, and it is opt-in: that service exists specifically to furnish empty rooms, and those images carry their own clear disclosure.
Three business days from when we have your photos and payment. Weekends do not count — photos in on Thursday means delivery on Tuesday, not Sunday.
If you need it faster, the 24-hour rush package is $100.
Because they are how the tour moves. Hallways and stairs are the connective tissue between rooms — without them the camera has to cut, and the whole point of a full tour is that it does not.
They do not need to be beautiful photos. They just need to exist.

Yes — the Remove Logo package is $50 and takes the Picture It Tour wordmark off the finished file. The AI-generated disclosure stays, because that one is not ours to remove.
